Which products are included in the 30 Night Sleep Trial?
To be eligible for a 30 Night Sleep Trial, you must purchase any of the following products:
- Wool duvet (Classic, Deluxe Washable, or Organic Washable)
- Wool pillow (Classic, Deluxe Washable, Organic Washable, or Latex)
- Mattress protector or topper (Deluxe or Organic)
- Woolly Sprung Mattress Topper
When does my 30 Night Sleep Trial start?
Your 30 Night Sleep Trial is effective from the day your bedding is delivered. Unfortunately, we cannot delay the trial, even if you've not yet slept with your bedding bundle due to other commitments (I.e. holidays, room not yet decorated).
Do you offer a free returns service?
We offer free returns for UK mainland orders. You will need to initiate the return within 30 days to be entitled to a full refund. Please see our returns policy.
Are there any exclusions?
Please note that Deluxe Washable pillow protectors, Deluxe Washable outer pillow covers, kids bedding and clearance Items are not included in the 30 Night Sleep Trial.

What is a wool bedding bundle?
A wool bedding bundle is comprised of:
- A duvet of your choice (Classic, Deluxe Washable or Organic Washable)
- 2x pillows of your choice (Classic, Deluxe Washable or Organic Washable) or 1x pillow for a single size bundle
- A mattress protector or topper of your choice (Deluxe or Organic)
When does my 60 Night Sleep Trial start?
Your 60 Night Sleep Trial is effective from the day your bedding bundle is delivered. Unfortunately, we cannot delay the trial, even if you've not yet slept with your bedding bundle due to other commitments (I.e. holidays, room not yet decorated).
Do you offer a free returns service?
We offer free returns for UK mainland orders. You will need to initiate the return within 60 days to be entitled to a full refund. Please see our returns policy.
Why do I need to buy a Woolroom mattress protector?
We can only offer a sleep trial for our mattresses when they're purchased alongside one of our Deluxe Washable or Organic Washable mattress protectors. This is so we can guarantee that your all-new natural mattress is being covered with the finest wool, ensuring maximum performance.
Other bedding types can hinder the performance of your lovely new mattress, so we require the purchase of a Deluxe Washable or Organic Washable mattress Protector alongside your mattress to guarantee that no external factors are impacting its performance.
(Please note: The mattress protector has to be the same size as the mattress)
When does my 100 Night Sleep Trial start?
Your 100 Night Sleep Trial will be effective as of the date of delivery and will be valid for 100 nights. Unfortunately, we cannot delay the trial, even if you have not yet slept on it due to other commitments (I.e. holidays, room not yet decorated or other another reason).
How do I care for my wool mattress?
It is recommended that you rotate and turn your mattress every week for the first 12 weeks of its life. After the initial 12 week period, we would recommend turning your mattress with every season (note: our mattresses can be very heavy. Please seek assistance when turning your mattress).
Try and air your mattress on a weekly basis. Simply leave your bedlinen turned back for a few hours each time and allow air to circulate around and through the mattress.
Treat stains and spills immediately by using dry towels. Do not use detergents or chemical cleaners as this may bleach or disintegrate the fabric.
Never attempt to roll or fold your mattress. It has been designed and constructed for use only in a flat position.
Are there any exclusions?
Due to their bespoke nature, we are unable to offer our sleep trial on non-standard sized mattresses. The definition of non-standard sized is any size that is not featured in the product listing.
Please note: 100 Night Sleep Trials are only available for customers within the Mainland UK.
Do you offer a free returns service?
As standard for all mattress orders, we offer a free collection service for with our partners, Rhenus. Our customer care team will then handle your return from that point onwards to ensure a swift collection is achieved and your money refunded. There are no charges for this collection and your order will be refunded in full minus the cost of your protector.
How do I exchange my mattress?
To initiate the exchange of your mattress if you qualify for the 100 night trial, please get in contact with our customer service team via email - info@thewoolroom.com
